INSTALLATION SERVICE
Whether you're looking to have indoor furniture, a shed, trampoline or anything else assembled by us, this useful guide will tell you all you need to know about how the installation service works.

On our website, all products that require assembly will come with the build service option.
Our customer service team will be in touch within one working day to advise you of the delivery date for your item as well as offer you some dates and times for assembly of the product.
Please note that the installation date will always be after the delivery date.
We will always do our best to ensure the item can be assembled a soon as possible after the delivery date.
We offer the following slots on Monday to Friday meaning the installer can arrive at any time during that slot:
- Morning arrival time between 9am and 12pm
- Afternoon arrival time between 12pm and 5pm
You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation of your installation date.
Our installers will get to work straight away so please ensure the following:
- All items are left in the room or area where they are to be assembled. There will be an additional charge if the boxes need moving to a different floor of the house for example.
- The installer(s) are left to work without distractions. This could be children, animals or any disturbance that could distract them from their work.
- The area should be clean and clear of any old furniture or other items.
- Our installer will invite you to do a walk-around of the finished item. This is the perfect opportunity to confirm everything has been assembled as it should.
- In the very unlikely event that there are any defects, please let us know straight away and we will make it a priority to put things right for you.
Sliding door / Mirrored wardrobes.
- Upon the arrival of delivery, you must examine the packages for any damage.
- Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact office@kentflatpack.co.uk within 24 hours, providing your order number, and if possible, photos showing the damage. We will immediately start working to resolve your issue and keep you informed. It is important you do not accept items if there is visible damage to packaging.
- The courier must confirm that the delivery has been refused as ‘damaged’.
Inground/Flat/Baseground Trampolines.
- These specific types of trampoline require a hole to be dug to specific requirements (these measurements are detailed in the instruction manual but, we will advise you of them in advance).
- The digging of the hole is not covered in the build service.
- We will confirm with you before the installation date that the hole has been dug to the required measurements.
- If on the day, the hole has not been dug or, it’s not to the required measurements, we may continue to assemble the trampoline for you which will just leave the moving of the trampoline into the hole when it’s ready. This option means there will not be a cancellation/re-attendance fee to pay.
